September 5th 2022. T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Monday Night RAW. The faction name was confirmed. Dakota Kai, Bayley and IYO SKY are Damage CTRL. Victory belonged to them on Saturday in the six woman tag match. The fact the illegal person was pinned last week during the Women's Tag Team Title match was acknowledged. Next week on RAW, Kai and SKY will get a shot at the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship. Damage CTRL observed on a monitor as Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah competed. Dakota looked eager to give the so-called champions a kick party but Bayley calmed her to wait.

Later on, Damage CTRL came to the ring to speak. On the way down the aisle, Bayley pointed out a fan who proudly held up a Damage Control sign. See, when you're nice to them they may be nice to you. People misunderstand them and react unkindly so rightfully get the thumbs down. Learn from a model fan like that dude and respect your Role Mode, Captain and Genius.

Bayley only spoke the truth when she said her trio were victorious on Saturday. The rude Kansas City crowd refused to show The Role Model any respect for simply being honest. Dakota pointed out that if Damage CTRL could defeat three of the best, just imagine what they could do to the rest of the women's roster. Our Captain is correct. I will point out that they not only won, they won clean and decisive. Remember that a pull of the braid isn't illegal and it's not like Bianca herself hasn't used it legally in past matches.

Dakota had a news flash for those pretending not to understand the rules: She wasn't the legal competitor when pinned last week. Raquel and Aliyah were told they can pretend to be champions for another week until IYO and Dakota get what is rightfully theirs next Monday. That's our Captain telling it like it is. Bayley added that in spite of the screwjob last week, they still came together as the well-oiled unit they are and defeated three of the best on Saturday. And Bayley was the first person to pin RAW Women's Champion Bianca Belair in over 300 days.

The EST took offense to Bayley's honesty and came out to speak her mind. She was honest herself at first, taking responsibility for her loss. Belair issued a challenge to Bayley, offering to defend the RAW Women's Championship against her right there and then. I guess Bianca didn't notice that Bayley wasn't dressed to wrestle. She must have forgotten she herself was in casual and heels. Bayley was doing her a favor not accepting. The Role Model pointed out she doesn't work Labor Days; her badass ladies and her are just there to celebrate her pinning the champion.

Bianca tried to diminish Bayley's accomplishment by pointing out it took all three women for Bayley to score the pin on her. Well, Bianca must not have watched the WWE Digital Exclusive where Bayley literally pointed out it was a team effort. Belair made me ashamed to have been a fan of hers as she continued to diminish Bayley's accomplishment, saying that unless it's one-on-one and Bayley has the title, the Role Model is in control of nothing. Bayley stepped up to Bianca and responded: "Oh is that right?"

Dakota and IYO could have attacked Belair from behind but Damage CTRL showed her mercy, departing the ring. Belair looked affrighted. Bayley told Bianca that she had already beaten her and had nothing left to prove. She felt Bianca's fragile ego can't handle this one loss so she's so desperate to try to prove it wasn't a fluke that she as champion issued a challenge to a challenger. Bayley stated Bianca was trying to make this all about her. She selflessly pointed out that Damage CTRL could have ended Bianca right there but didn't because the focus is on what is presently more important: Her girls Dakota and IYO winning the tag team titles next week.

With her parting words, Bayley warned Bianca that if and WHEN she wants the title, she will get it one way or another. Bayley positioned Dakota and IYO in front view to stress one way or another. There are many ways to interpret that. But for now only Damage CTRL knows and we'll know when they want us to know. You could literally see the cracks formed in Bianca's armor. She is a great seamstress when it comes to making her gear, however she may not be able to sew the thread of her own future. Whose in control now, Bianca?

I would not be a good chronicler of Our Captain's tale if I failed to point out that she took Bianca's sunglasses as a souvenir. Dakota did her taunts better than her on Saturday. On RAW she no doubt wore Bianca's glasses better than Bianca does even though the camera failed to get a good shot of Dakota wearing and posing in the sunglasses.

The evening was not done for Damage CTRL as they again turned RAW Talk into The CTRL Center. Dakota lost control of her emotions discussing how IYO and her should be the tag champs but were screwed over last week when the wrong person was pinned. Kai said with fire that, that is not how wrestling works! Bayley had to calm her like Dakota did for her back on the August 8th RAW. To stay calm while Bayley said her piece, Kai used the breathing exercise she learnt during her troubled days in NXT earlier this year. Bayley reaffirmed that presently it's only and all about Dakota and IYO winning the tag titles. Dakota and IYO motioned to their waists and Damage CTRL were off.
