Dakota Kai joined her sisters IYO SKY and Bayley during the 10 Bell Salute for Wyatt and Funk. Wyatt and Bayley were both NXT OG's of the Dusty Era. Bayley honored Bray on this SmackDown with a special armband.

IYO SKY had her first WWE Women's Championship defense against Zelina Vega. Prior to the match, that minute annoyance Kayla Braxton tried to stir up hard feelings between SKY and Bayley by reminding them of Vega's two wins over IYO. A side glance at Bayley by SKY made it clear she remembers but IYO's attitude makes it even clearer the past is the past and Damage CTRL are on the same page. Bayley put the disrespectful Kayla in her place, acclaimed that SKY is a generational talent and gave her friends a squeeze, reminding all that we are in IYO's Era.

Dakota and Bayley cheered their sister on from ringside. Vega proved a competitive challenge for SKY. But a challenge SKY valiantly met. In the early going, Bayley whispered some advice to IYO. The sneaky Vega attacked SKY thinking she had snatched control, however SKY duped her throat first to the middle rope. Later on Vega made a comeback, hitting IYO with the Code Red. The impact rolled SKY out of the ring. Dakota and Bayley checked on their friend. Vega came out to get IYO who duped her yet again, right into the plated ring steps.

IYO put Vega back into the ring. The Bullet Train. Over the Moonsault. 1-2-3. And Still Your WWE Women's Champion IYO SKY. It was a hard-fought battle all the way to the closing bell, however The IYO Era continues. To paraphrase the late great Bray Wyatt: Damage CTRL got the whole world in their hands.
